For this doll, I went to the toy district and purchased a cheap knock off doll. I wanted an extreme makeover. I repainted the whole doll in neon paints, the glitter was individually placed to look like scales. The fins are made of wire sandwiched  with iridescent iron on vinyl. The eyes are "glass" made of UV resin. The hair is made of saran wefts glued onto the head.
